(Medicine & Science in Sports & Exercise, 37(12):2032-2037, December 2005). This study is one of many that shows a "stuck mood" can be transformed when you get the body moving. I highly recommend at least 15-20 minutes of walking per day to people who could use a mood boost--it works!
